Day 01: Arrival Mumbai

You will be received by our representative upon arrival at Mumbai Aiport and from there you will be transferred to your hotel. Mumbai is one of the most vibrant and colourful cities in India, bustling with friendly crowd. The city offers some of the most beautiful beaches, temples and marvellous attractions which make it a special destination for tourist. The best part about this city is its warm inhabitants who are known as friendly and helpful to one and all. Interestingly Mumbai established itself as one of the biggest metropolitans in India through its constant struggle which is still felt in the silent ripples of the sea. Named after the stone goddess Mumbadevi, the city does hold strong religious and spiritual faith which makes it even more special.

Day 02: Mumbai

Enjoy a lazy leisurely morning in the busiest city of India. In the afternoon we will take you for sightseeing which will include a visit to some of the most renowned attractions of the city. We will first take you to the Gateway of India; a monument built during the 20th century and overlooks the Mumbai harbour. Once grandeur of the British Raj in India, this colossal structure was designed in the Indo-Saracenic style. Since it is the starting point for most tourists who want to explore the city, we start from here.

Then we will take you to Prince of Wales Museum which was founded in the early years of the 20th century. Now renamed as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, the museum was built to commemorate the visit of the then prince of Wales. The museum houses approximately 50,000 exhibits of ancient Indian history as well as objects from foreign lands, categorized primarily into three sections: Art, Archaeology and Natural History.

From there we take you to the most breathtaking locations of the city- Marine Drive. It is a ’C’-shaped six-lane concrete road along the coast, which is a natural bay. Marine drive is the best place to spend a relaxing evening while watching the sun going down into the sea. Capture some of the most laid-back moments and splendid views at Marine drive. It is popularly known as the ’Queen’s Necklace’, because during the night the street lights shine like diamonds from a higher elevation. Later, you will get to visit The Chowpatty Beach which lies on the northern fringe of Marine Drive. There are a number of snacks and fast food stalls which serve bhelpuri, pau bhaji, ice cream, chaat, batata puri etc. that add to the beauty of Marine drive. 

The evening is going to bring more relaxation and joy as you will get to experience in room full body massage. The experienced gay friendly male therapists will help you relieve stress and feel rejuvenated.

Day 03: Mumbai - Cochin

In the morning you will enjoy a delicious breakfast after which you will be taken to the airport to board a flight to Kochi. Once you reach Kochi, you will be met by our representative who will take you to a luxury hotel by private vehicle. The hotel staff will be very friendly and you will be greeted in a traditional style upon arrival.  In South Indian hotels, guests are welcomed with garland, the Aarti and the proffered coconut water. Coachin, also known as Kochi, is a city in southwest India’s coastal Kerala state. The city has a distinct class and beauty as well as mesmerizing charm which is capable of casting a spell on anyone and everyone. The city was founded by Vasco da Gama in 1502 and is heralded as the “Queen of Arabian Sea”. A gamut of experiences and thrill awaits you in the beautiful city of Cochin.

In the evening you will get to attend the Kathakali dance performance which is traditional dance form of Kerala.

Day 04: Kochi

A guided walking tour will be organized for you to explore Kochi which is a part of a handful of water-bound regions toward the south-west of the mainland Kochi, and collectively known as Old Kochi or West Kochi. Take a stroll to the mesmerizing beach through the silent streets of the town. The simple joys of beachside walking can bring unparalleled happiness to life. Enjoy the laid-back beach life, relax on the golden sand and inhale the fresh air that surrounds this quiet town.

Fort Coachin is a world of its own, retaining the specimens of a bygone era and still proud of those days. If you can smell the past, nothing can stop you from walking through these streets. Have a glimpse of Fort Immanuel and at a short walk you will see Dutch cemetery which was consecrated in 1724. The next spot to watch is the ancient Thakur House, which stands erect as a concrete specimen of the colonial era. Next is another colonial structure awaiting you - David Hall which was built around 1695 by the Dutch East India Company. With the cool breeze from the Arabian Sea caressing your body, the Church Road is a nice place to walk. As the feel of the bygone era lingers in your minds and memories of mesmerizing sights stay back in your eyes, get ready for the next experience that awaits you. What could be a better option to make the evening come alive than to take a sunset cruise. Explore the Dutch built Bolghatty Palace and the Chinese fishing nets in the evening in a cruise around the harbour. Later, stop at the local markets of Fort Kochi and shop the local handicrafts.

Day 05: Kochi - Kumarakom

The little village is set on the Vembanad Lake and boasts of mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and coconut groves. Evening will be productive and interesting as we will organize private cooking session for you. The session will last 2-3 hours and it will give you a chance to relish the rich Kerala cuisine. South Indian cuisine is known for the use of exotic spices and flavours.

Day 06: Kumarakom

Your day will start with an empowering yoga session which will continue for approximately 2 hours. In the powerful land of India, yoga has a major role to play and you will get to feel the energy and enthusiasm in the session.

The day will be at leisure. Explore the marine life and observe the simple life of fishermen and farmers. See the life pass by on the backwaters and how the farmers cultivate food and fruits for the inhabitants.

Day 07: Kumarakom - Alleppey

In the morning we will leave for Alleppey by private car. Upon arrival in Alleppey, you will be transferred to Traditional Keralan luxury Houseboat which offers a great experience floating on the river. Day 08: Alleppey - Periyar

In the morning we will transfer you to the Alleppey Boat-jetty and we will further take you for a scenic tour to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary, Periyar offers nature’s bounty with great scenic charm, rich bio diversity and providing veritable visitor satisfaction. Sprawling over an area of 925 Sq. km, the sanctuary is home to bison, sambar, wild boar, langur, 900 to 1000 elephants and 35 to 40 hard-to-spot tigers. It is spread around an artificial lake and provides breathtaking vistas of forests and wildlife.

In the evening you will enjoy a Jeep Safari Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary with a private gay / gay friendly guide. Enjoy the enchanting wildlife safari exploring the flora and fauna of the area.

Day 09: Periyar

In the morning visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary which is situated on the banks of the Periyar Lake. Located in Thekkady, this sanctuary is a perfect example of nature’s bounty with great scenic beauty and rich biodiversity. Periyar Sanctury is home to Elephant, Gaur, Tiger, Panther, Sambar, Barking deer, Wild boar, Sloth bear, Nilgiri langur, Lion-tailed Macaque, Otter, Malabar Giant Squirrel, Wild dog etc. You will also get to explore the sanctuary on an Elephant as Elephant safari is the most adventurous and safest way to roan around the dense forests. Get ready to experience a royal safari.

We will later drive you to Kumily to visit a spice farm which is on the outskirts of Periyar. Kumily is a plantation town known for spice and tea plantations and the bustling spice trading activities. This gives you a chance to see the process of spices and tea plantation. Set in the Cardamom Hills near Thekkady, Kumily is a major tourist destination and a spices trading center. Explore the lush greenery, waterfalls, spice gardens and wildlife reserves while walking through an avenue of cardamom plants.  Come back to hotel for relaxation and rest.

Day 10: Periyar - Madurai

We will drive you to Madurai after breakfast in the morning. An energetic, ancient city, Madurai is an important industrial and educational hub in South Tamil Nadu. The city has a number of historical monuments, with the Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace being the most prominent. The city has a rich cultural heritage passed on from the great Tamil era more than 2500 years old.

Day 11: Madurai

Your Madurai tour will begin with the Meenakshi Temple which is synonymous with Madurai. The city boasts of great medieval temples and architecture. This historic Hindu temple located on the southern bank of the Vaigai River is dedicated to Parvati.

Day 12: Madurai - Tiruchirappalli

You will head to Tiruchirappalli after breakfast in the morning. You will be received by our representative and transferred to your hotel.

Tiruchirappalli also known as Trichi is an ancient town with a recorded history that dates back to the 3rd century BC. The city boasts of heaving bazaar with some major must-see temples. Situated on the banks of the Kaveri River, Trichi is rich in vegetation and natural resources. The city offers a number of exquisitely sculpted temples and fortresses to the tourists. Most of these temples are built in the Dravidian style of architecture.

You will get to visit the Rock Fort Temple which is a historic fortification and temple complex built on an ancient rock. Constructed on a 83 metres high rock, Rock Fort Temple consists of two Hindu temples called the Ucchi Pillayar Temple and the Thayumanaswami Temple. Then we will take you to the Thayumanaswamy Temple which was constructed by the Pallava king Mahendravarman I in the 6th century AD. The temple has six daily rituals at various times from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and twelve yearly festivals on its calendar. Also known as Uchchi Pillaiyar Temple, this temple is dedicated to Lord Siva where the lingam is the projection of the rock itself. There are several beautifully carved rock-cut cave temples on the southern end of the temple.

Later, we will take you to Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple also known as Srirangam. This temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to Ranganatha. One of the most illustrious Vaishnava temples in South India, Srirangam is also the most important of the 108 main Vishnu temples.

Day 13: Tiruchirappalli - Thanjavaur - Tiruchirappalli

We will drive you to Thanjavaur shortly after breakfast in the morning. An important center of South Indian religion, art, and architecture, Thanjavaur has some of the most Great Living Chola Temples. These temples are located in and around the city and are UNESCO World Heritage Monuments. Thanjavur captures the reflections of remarkable civilisation of Dravidian history. It is believed that the name Thanjavur is derived from Tanjan, a legendary demon in Hindu mythology. While the city is home to the famous Brahadeshwar Temple, it also exhibits Tanjore painting, a painting style unique to the region.

First we will take you to Brahadeshwar temple which is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva. Also known as RajaRajeswara Temple, it is an architect’s marvel constructed by the King Rajarajan. This temple remains as India’s largest and Indian architecture’s one of greatest glories.

Later you will return back to Tiruchirappalli.

Day 14: Tiruchirappalli - Chennai

After breakfast, you will be taken to airport to catch your flight to Chennai. The capital of the Tamil Nadu state, Chennai is the biggest cultural, economic and educational centre in South India. Known as the "Detroit of South Asia" for its automobile industry, the city offers vibrant life, religious sites and has been rated as the safest city in India. Since the city attracts 45 percent of health tourists visiting India, and 30 to 40 percent of domestic health tourists, it is termed "India’s health capital". Here, you will enjoy the lively music, dance and other art forms. It is a seamless blend of modern and traditional.

You cannot afford to miss traditional dance form when in Chennai so evening will be booked for a Bharatnatyam performance. Bharatnatyam dance is almost 2,000 years old and was developed in the tempes and courts of South Indian states during ancient times. The present form of Bharatnatyam dance was evolved by Poniah Pillai of Tanjore and his brothers. Bharatnatyam is considered the mother art of most of the other classical dances of India and inspires many art forms like sculpture, painting, and icon-making. This solo dance that was performed exclusively by women expresses expressed Hindu religious themes and spiritual ideas. Bharatanatyam style is marked by fixed upper body, bent legs, spectacular footwork, use of sign language based on gestures of hands, eyes and face muscles. How thousands of expressions can be conveyed just through body moments is something which surprises the audiences. The dancer is accompanied by musician and a singer, and the performance is conducted by the dancer’s guru.

Day 15: Chennai

In the morning relish your breakfast and head for Chennai city tour to explore some of the most prominent attractions of the city. First we will take you to visit the High Court which was built in Indo-Saracenic style in the year 1892. The building boasts of beautiful domes, a grand central cupola and many stained glass windows which enhance its charm and beauty. Next we take you to Fort St. George which was built in the year 1654. It is the name of the first English fortress in India and is historically famous as White Town.

We will later proceed to the Marine Drive which is a 13m long strip and the second longest beach in the world. Buildings like the Chetpauk Palace, University of Madras, Icehouse etc. line this serene beach making it even more beautiful for tourists.

In the evening we will take you to an escorted dinner accompanied by drinks with local gay community in Chennai. It will be your chance to meet and greet new guys and make friends, gel up with them and enhance the experience with some warmth of friendship and togetherness.

Day 16: Chennai - Mamallapuram

In the morning you will be served delicious breakfast shortly after which we will take you to Mamallapuram. Also known as Mahabalipuram, it is a tourist town 60 km south of Chennai famous for its stone carvings. Some of the finest marvels were produced here by the stonecutters in bygone days.

Explore the city that dates back to the Tamil Pallava dynasty in the 7th-9th century. The structures here, mostly carved straight out of granite, are among the oldest existing examples of Dravidian (South Indian) architecture. One of the most prominent temples of the area, the Shore Temple was included in the UNESCO heritage project.

After breakfast, we will drive you down to Chennai airport to catch a flight for Mumbai. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel.
